Dr. Cynthia Adams, DC was born and raised in Napa, California. Graduating Magna Cum Laude from California State University Monterey Bay with double majors in Biology and Kinesiology in 2019 I found my love for helping people. I graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in 2023. Nominee of the Clinical Excellence Award for exemplary dedication, commitment and service to patients and the Palmer Chiropractic Clinic system while a student, I dedicated my experience towards pediatric and perinatal patient care. I received my Webster certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association. I have also taken nearly 100 extra hours of education in the perinatal field with the ICPA, proving my dedication to working with pregnant women and newborns. I worked straight out of Chiropractic school within a birth center, working countless hours towards making people feel better.
When I’m not working with my patients, I am constantly taking additional classes with an insatiable love for learning and education. I also tend to pick up new and creative hobbies like painting, embroidery and sewing. Travel is another passion of mine that often takes me to different countries, experiencing different cultures, where my favorite activity is trying new foods.
I was originally born and raised in Alberta, Canada where I obtained a Bachelor of Kinesiology before moving to California. I graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic West in San Jose. Falling in love with the beaches, redwoods, and the absence of snow, I decided to make the South Bay my home.
It is my mission to cultivate an environment full of respect, empowerment, support, and compassion for everyone who chooses to trust me with their most valuable asset: their health.
I have dedicated my career to prenatal, postpartum, and pediatric care. I am Webster Technique certified and utilize it for all pregnant patients. I’m always advancing my training with seminars, courses, and studying peer-reviewed research to keep my knowledge and skills up to date. Currently I’m completing the Perinatal Certification with the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). I’m also certified in Dynamic Body Balancing (perinatal craniosacral therapy and myofascial unwinding) and have extensive training in pediatric care through the ICPA.
In my free time I love hiking, traveling, and creating wheel thrown pottery at a local ceramics studio. The rest of my time is spent tending to my 50+ houseplants!
